My name is Morne. I am a certified TEFL teacher. I have been practicing all aspects of Human Resources for more than 20 years.  Training has always formed a large part of my job function – which I am very passionate about.  I have assessed, trained, coached and mentored, many people from different cultures and age groups for many years.  I have the necessary skills, personality, energy and cultur,al sensitivity to really connect with my students and make training enjoyable, memorable and effec,tive.   I want my students to succeed.  I want to help them grow.  I will hold their hand and guide them along this amazing journey that we will be embarking on.  I will laugh with them – I will even cry with them.  Their success, and happiness is important to me.  And, at the end of our journey I know that they will remember me – with a smile.
