Today I had a happy time to learn English, thank you so much!! I prepared the introduction of Guobaorou, and wish you will like it. Welcome to China if you have free! Guobaorou(Fried-Pork in Scoop) was first made by an cooker of a Heilongjiang officer in Qing Dynasty. The dish is golden yellow and tastes sweet and sour. Here are the recipe!!: 1.preparation: tenderloin of pork, 300g; 1 egg; some shredded carrot; some coriander; salt, 10g; cooking wine for a little; starch, 100g; suger, 60g; vinegar, 90g; some shredded scallion, ginger; Minced garlic. by the way, if you feel it is a little complicated, just prepare for the meat, seasoning and starch. 2.wash the tenderloin of pork, and cut them into 3mm slices, and put them in a bottom, adding 7g sult, some cooking wine(don't need too much) , an egg, 100g starch and 100g water.Mixing them and leave them alone for 15 minutes. 3.prepare for sauce: 60g sugar, 90g white vinegar,10g rice vinegar and 3g salt. Mix them. 4. Heat the oil to 160 degree(oil can nearly or already cover the height of pork), put the cured pork into the pot, fry it for 3 minutes and then fieh them out and cool them. you should use this method to fry the pork for three times, and at the last time, you should fry it to yellow. BECAREFUL that do not try them too much, or it will hard to eat. 5.Heat the oil(a little oil which can cover the bottom of the pot), put some shredded scallion, ginger and minced garlic, after a second when smell some fragrance. Put the carrot and sauce(made it in step 3) into the pot. Mix untill the sauce is thick.put the fried pork into the pot, and stir them. 6.finished! and you can decorate with some coriander.
